I think the IPS for civil servants is one of the significant reforms in the budget and financial sectors. In my opinion, as the project progresses, the system will become more sophisticated, transparent, and simplify employee work. In the past, accounting information was kept manually, but now it has an integrated system.

Within the scope of work, I am pleased to improve my knowledge of the current laws and regulations through IPS for civil servants and the human resources management system. In the past, I used to research laws and regulations from books and brochures and enter them into my accounting software (manually). Therefore, it is beneficial that information is now available in the integrated system.

By holding the human resources officers of all budget entities (other than classified) accountable and regular (by employee providing information responsibly), it will be possible to calculate the payroll of the respective entities accurately. Also, suppose the budget entity accountant is replaced (make sure to participate and get information from the new platform). In that case, it will be good to oblige all budget entities in IPS for civil servants and HRMS package training.

With the opportunity to test, train and improve the new system, which is being introduced across the country, I am pleased to contribute to this reform process.
