The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection is working to make the information available to the public open, transparent, and expeditious. However, when the channels and types of public communication are constantly evolving, we must also keep pace with the rapid changes. For example, we disseminate news and information through various types, such as pictures, images, text, videos, posters, infographics, and storksInterrelation between content and target audiences plays a crucial role in defining information format, design, and disseminating channels.

In recent years, the public has become more accessible through Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, with an average of 20-25 news posts per week on the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare's Facebook page. As a result, the number of Facebook followers of the Ministry increased from about 25,000 in 2020 to 75,000 in 2021 83,000 in March 2022.

In addition to preparing information using its resources and disseminating it through official websites and other websites, it is essential to have support from a professional entity and reach more people. The contribution and cooperation of international organizations are crucial for this.

Accordingly, the World Bank's Project on Strengthening Fiscal and Financial Stability, Component D, supports the MLSP to disseminate better the reform of social welfare and social insurance policies.

Therefore, it has become pivotal to collaborate with an experienced professional team to prepare and produce news and information that is concise and understandable and to disseminate and broadcast it through branded news, reports, programs, and content of an organization to the public. We genuinely appreciate the World Bank and the project team for their valuable contribution to the development of communication activities of public awareness products of the Ministry. We look forward to working with you.

Thank you.
