I am a representative of young doctors who have been working in this hospital for 15 years. The introduction of the Integrated Payroll System, which has been implemented in our hospital since 2021, enabled us to receive world-class financial services, such as the ability to follow the resolutions and decisions on salaries directly and to calculate salary changes in no time. It is delightful for the financial department and employees of the hospital. We, employees, used to go to an accountant to review our salary breakdown before. Still, with the introduction of this system, we can review and check everything, such as salary breakdown, days of annual leave and its allowance, and overtime payment from our e-mail.

Moreover, we can be paid our salary by any bank account we want. It is even more pleasant for us. Furthermore, when annual leave starts in the middle of the month and continues in the next month, its social security contributions are paid in the month of salary calculated. By doing so, our social security contributions are not interrupted anymore, and we no longer face any difficulties getting loans for mortgages and other financial needs. I am favorably satisfied with introducing this new system, and I have noticed that over 1,200 hospital employees have the same opinion as me. I wish to process data from this integrated system and work on increasing our salaries as lining with our work productivity in the future.
