"THE THREE QUESTIONS" INTERVIEW WITH BENEFICIARY

1. What was the highlight of the project for you?

- I would like to highlight online training course on General Insurance organized by the Chartered Insurance Institute with project assistance. 

2. Why? 

- This institute is a professional body that’s recognised globally by offering different courses depending on the qualification we want to achieve in insurance sector. The CII 128,000 members in 150 countries and approximately 75,000 examinees annually, of which 18,000 are certified. International professional degree courses are expensive and requires a lot of time, then we have rare opportunity to attend. However, this course was organized online, and the central institute in England provided us with relevant training information, which gave us a great opportunity. 

3. In your opinion, what was the result and significance of this activity?

-      By attending this training, we had opportunity to expand our theoretical and practical knowledge of insurance, and at the same time, we got a comprehensive training materials and guideline on insurance market. This guideline is very necessary for us  to develop regulatory policy documents and to organize financial education activity for citizens. 

In addition, I expect that it will greatly contribute to the empowerment of the participants of the insurance sector by having the opportunity to understand and cooperate with all the participants of the foreign and domestic sectors. We attended this training as a team from the regulatory body, and we all motivated to further learn other courses such as diploma and advanced level courses of the CII.
