"THE THREE QUESTIONS" INTERVIEW WITH BENEFICIARY

1. What was the highlight of the project for you?

- I want to highlight online training on Advanced Excel skills provided by international training institutions.

2. Why?

- I oversee local budget allotment schedule, so I work with a large amount of data gathered from each province and sub-province. It used to consume time and slow down computer performance when consolidating raw data from different sources, creating a data base, and using simultaneously multiple formulas. As a result of this training, I now have the skills to solve these problems effectively.

3. In your opinion, what was the result and significance of this activity?

- The pandemic has limited learning opportunities due to quarantine. This self-paced online training enabled me to learn by doing. Also, the requirement to take exams to advance from one level to the next level helped control my learning progress. In addition, I have noted that the continuous advancement of software has been accelerating the speed and professional skills of working with big data. Therefore, I plan to improve my skills continuously.
