The establishment of livestock tax rate is based on recommendations and suggestions of livestock herders. We consider these recommendations and suggestions thoroughly. The local government is cooperating with its residents and promoting the full collection of taxes.  

Since the frequency of hazardous events are increasing the preparation of fodder and feed for livestock will be our priority, and the Soum will support this initiative. Residents and herders support the taxation of livestock based on the fact the proceeds are to be spent on themselves and development of agriculture in the Soum.
