First, I am sincerely grateful to the project team for selecting Uvurkhangai as the first province to implement the Electronic Transaction Verification Directory (ETVD).

The Electronic Transaction Verification Directory system training in our province was organized on March 1, 2022, involving all budget entities in the provincial center. The budget entities' directors, accountants, and treasury staff who participated in the training sessions were delighted with the system's capability to electronically authorize and verify payroll transactions without going to the treasury in person. Using the guidelines given by the project team and the training manuals for electronic verification, we have organized online training through the Zoom application and remote desktop program (any desk), including 19 soum treasury units and budget entities, and were able to fully implement electronic verification in our province within the first half of April.

In the future, I am sure that using the ETVD system for all treasury transactions will ensure the smooth running of the settlement process and immensely increase our daily work efficiency. My best wishes to the project team that initiated and is responsible for developing the ETVD system.
