U.Anarmaa, TESTIMONIALS OF MOF MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

With the support of the European Union and the World Bank, the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia, in cooperation with Unread Media, has successfully organized a four-week mentorship program for young professionals. Through this mentorship program, 16 mentees got acquainted with the main activities of the Ministry of Finance of Mongolia, as well as gained knowledge and information on budget and finance.

By participating in the MOF mentorship program, I learned many things, such as the structure and operation of the Ministry of Finance, the budget cycle, and budget policy planning etc. I also found it very interesting that using the knowledge I had learned through performing weekly tasks as a team. At the end of the program, I have chosen as a candidate to work at the Financial and Fiscal Research Department of the Ministry of Finance, and I am very pleased to have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Mongolia.
