INVITATION FOR BIDS

Name of the Bid: Supplying “Server and network equipment”

The EU Trust Fund financed Strengthening Governance in Mongolia Project invites all the eligible bidders to submit a sealed bidding document for the supply of "Server and Network Equipment":

A complete set of bidding documents in Mongolian may be purchased by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of MNT 50,000.00. The method of payment will be wired transfer to State Treasury Account 100900011754 (Account name Strengthening Governance in Mongolia project) (please present bank transfer slip). The document shall be collected from office of the PIU. Bid validity period will be 90 days from the bid opening date.

The Bidder must meet the following Financial and Experience Requirements: .

• Sales Revenue: Average sales revenue of the last 3 years of /2019, 2020, 2021/ shall not be less than MNT 900,000,000.
• Quick-liquidity assets and loans: Not less than 100% of the bidding price.
• Number of years of audited financial statements: Last 3 years /2018, 2019, 2020/.
• Similar work costs for the last three years: Experience in supplying computers and equipment with cost not less than 100% of budget cost over the last 3 years (2019, 2020, 2021) at least three times

All bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of MNT 4,000,000 (four million Mongolian tugriks).

Bid validity period: Valid until May 16, 2022.

Bid shall be submitted before the February 15, 2022 15:00 pm for submission of Bids to the address below and with the bidders wishing to participate in the opening, the bid shall be opened on February 15, 2022 15:10 pm.

Foreign entity is eligible to submit bid.

Domestic preference is not applicable.
