In recent years, improving the coherence between different information systems, ensuring the data integration, and automating data exchange have become the most significant concerns.

In the past, we have developed multiple separate web services for each system to transfer data between systems without common standards for data security, development processes, and data formats. This led to more complexity as the number of systems increased, communication with more organizations, and business requirements increased, so we initiated and implemented the "Public Financial Integrated Service Platform" project.

Under the project Strengthening the Governance of Mongolia, "Public Financial Integrated Service Platform" sub-project has been developed from January 1, 2022 and will be launched within this year. The project was successfully implemented, and the first version of the system was introduced, and admin user training for the use and further administration of the system was organized by the contractor and the customer in charge of the project in last July.

Within the framework of the training, all the necessary contents of the admin level were covered, including the general introduction of the system, how to use each module for development, further management of the system, installation, and configuration in a new environment. Also during this training course user and admin level manuals were handed over and explained which was very effective.
