E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM IS NOW INTEGRATED WITH COURT REFERENCE SYSTEMS

2021-05-05

The SFFS project is supporting the government's effort to digitalize public procurement. E-GP system has gradually been connected to databases administered by other government agencies to make a capacity assessment of participating bidders in e-bidding simpler. Exchanging bidders' reference and background information electronically from other government agencies saves time and cost for bidders that they spent in compiling required documents otherwise and preventing the potential submission of falsified documents by the bidders.

In the scope of this project, national consultants completed the work of connecting the e-GP system with the electronic data system of the Mongolian General Executive Agency of Court Decision and The Judicial General Council of Mongolia.

The connection has eliminated the hard copy submission of the court-related reference and background information of bidders. The government aims to connect the e-GP system with all government agencies and eliminate the hard copy submission of reference and background information of bidders.

In 2021, the connection of the electronic data system of social security and higher education diploma holders was planned, and preparatory works are being conducted.
