The Minister of Labor and Social Protection issued Order A / 147 on May 29, 2020, approving the “Medium-Term Strategy for Human Resource Development in the Sector”. There are about 1620 employees (including 628 social workers from 411 sums and 217 khoroos) in the social welfare sector. Therefore, in order to increase the capacity of the sector to build the capacity of social welfare workers, the project plan for 2022 includes the assignment to develop e-learning content for the social welfare sector's human resources and its curriculum, videos, and handouts that enable social welfare organizations in order to officials to learn systematically and continuously.
