The Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, funded by the World Bank’s Strengthening Fiscal and Financial Stability project, conducted professional English language training to empower officials in the social protection sector. I am very satisfied to be attended in this training.

As a universal language, the need for the English language is becoming more frequently important in everyday life and work. I am responsible for research and statistics at the Division of Information Technology and Statistics. My daily work requires me to have English language skills for such tasks as communicating with international experts in person and in writing and studying international statistics research methods and experiences. 

I think that organizing this essential training at this time was timely and very helpful in improving work productivity.  All classes for professional writing and speaking were administered by English tutors who ensured to provide real professional English techniques and classes were prepared according to the needs we have.  

Finally, I would like to express my deep gratitude to the project team and Golden Compass Training Center for providing us with a great opportunity to improve our English literacy skills. Henceforth, I will try to contribute to the development of Mongolia by using everything I know and have learned in this field.
