To keep capital market regulatory framework in pace with the market development and align with the international standards and ensure that markets are fair, efficient and transparent have  positive effects on increasing the interest of investors to invest and trading volume in the securities market.

During the period from 2020 to the third quarter of 2022, 51 new products (such as publicly-traded mutual funds, and publicly traded asset-backed securities) were launched in the market. This indicates there is a high interest to invest in high-quality, liquidity products in the capital market.

Within the framework of the SFFS project, we have been  attending  the Capital Markets & Securities Analyst online course, of the Corporate Finance Institute. This was to improve experts’ knowledge of the regulation of capital market products. I would like to express my gratitude to the World Bank and the entire team implementing the SFFS project for providing an opportunity to improve our knowledge about the legal environment. Especially, that related to fixed income securities (bonds), investment fund, derivative financial instruments, investment fund management and the principles of operation.
