N.Enkhtuya, Director, Real Estate Brokers and Dealers in Precious Metal and Stones Department, FRC

Since the real estate brokerage industry came under the regulation of the Commission, we have been paying more attention to the registration of real estate brokers, and research and analysis of the industry.

Now, we working to keep abreast of developments in the industry; updating regulatory methods, and improving the legal environment accordingly.

It has not been long since the activities of real estate brokers became subject to government policy, and required to operate with a license. The draft law we are developing is unique; the first legal regulation of the industry in Mongolia.

I was very pleased to work with the consultant for the SFFS project funded by the World Bank. Their input was very helpful in developing the draft law; in line with international standards and suitable for the demographic, social, and economic characteristics of our country.
