Manual is an important tool when introducing a new system. . . 

The main system that is used for the research, records, and calculations of the debt management of the Government of Mongolia is the "Debt Management and Financial Analysis System" or DMFAS. Using this system, it was possible to record the use and repayment of domestic securities, foreign securities, foreign loans, and debt guarantees, which comprise the government's debt structure, and to generate reports promptly.

With the support of the Strengthening fiscal and financial stability project, the DMFAS manual was developed and put into use, and as a new specialist in the Debt Management Department, I became fully familiar with the system and was able to quickly learn and use it on my own. The manual is a very important tool for daily use. In one part, it is necessary to constantly see what and how to do things, whilst learning new things and gaining experience. Thank you very much for your support in creating a favorable environment that allowed me to fully learn and use the new system.
